Roller Conveyors; due to their high load capacity and versatile use, they are widely used in production, storage, and dispatch lines. Roller conveyors are manufactured in two different types: idle and powered.
Idle Roller Conveyors; the loads placed on them minimize friction force, making it easier for the user to move products from one place to another. In this system, the pushing force of a person is utilized. The conveyor serves as the main carrier of the load and reduces the force exerted.
Powered Roller Conveyors; the rollers on the conveyor rotate around themselves with the help of a drive element and power transmission elements, enabling the load placed on them to move forward. Here, the roller diameter and roller spacing can vary according to the weight and dimensions of the product to be transported. This system can be manufactured as chain-driven or belt-driven. Roller systems can be produced as 90° or 180° turn conveyors.
